Levity is closing: What happens to your subscription and how to continue treatment with ZipHealth

As of September 2026, Levity no longer accepts new or repeat subscription orders and the service is closing permanently. All subscriptions have already been cancelled, so you do not need to cancel anything yourself.

You can continue your weight loss treatment by ordering from ZipHealth, Levity's sister company. Because ZipHealth is part of the same group as Levity, your Levity treatment history can be transferred for you.

Use this article if you need to:

  • Understand why you can no longer order from Levity

  • Find out what has happened to your Levity subscription and your data

  • Continue your weight loss treatment with ZipHealth

  • Transfer your Levity prescription or treatment history to ZipHealth

Why can't I place an order on Levity anymore?

As of September 2026, Levity no longer accepts new or repeat subscription orders. Levity is closing its service permanently. You can start or continue your weight loss journey with ZipHealth instead.

Is Levity closing for good?

Yes - Levity is closing permanently and will not reopen. You can continue your weight loss treatment by purchasing from ZipHealth.

What's happened to my Levity subscription?

Your subscription has already been cancelled for you, so there is nothing you need to do to stop payments or end your plan.

You can still view your subscription details in your Levity account settings. If you have questions about your cancelled subscription, contact the Levity support team.

Can I still get weight loss treatment?

Yes - You can purchase weight loss treatment from ZipHealth.

ZipHealth prescribes and supplies weight loss medication in the same way Levity did, but as one-time orders rather than a subscription.

What is ZipHealth?

ZipHealth is Levity's sister weight loss treatment service. ZipHealth offers a full range of weight loss medications, often at more affordable prices than Levity.

Many weight loss services offer only one or two treatments at a fixed dose. ZipHealth offers six treatment options, including:

  • Branded weight loss injections

  • Daily oral weight loss tablets

  • Custom treatment plans with a licensed provider who adjusts your treatment as you progress

Do I need to do anything to switch from Levity to ZipHealth?

Yes - ZipHealth orders are placed separately from Levity, so you will need to order from ZipHealth as a new customer.

You do not need to request your prescription or treatment history from Levity before you order — see How can I transfer my prescription and treatment history from Levity to ZipHealth below.

How do I place my first ZipHealth order?

To order weight loss treatment from ZipHealth:

  1. Go to the ZipHealth website and choose your weight loss treatment

  2. Complete the short online consultation, which takes a few minutes and needs no appointment

  3. Submit your consultation answers for review

  4. Wait for a licensed provider to review your answers and approve your order — most consultation reviews are completed within 24 hours

Will my Levity subscription carry over to ZipHealth?

No - Your Levity subscription will not transfer to ZipHealth, because ZipHealth does not currently offer subscriptions.

You will place a one-time ZipHealth order instead. Placing a one-time ZipHealth order starts with the same short online consultation described above: it takes a few minutes, and no appointment is needed.

How can I transfer my prescription and treatment history from Levity to ZipHealth?

You do not need to request your prescription or treatment history directly from Levity. Because ZipHealth is Levity's sister company, the Levity team can transfer your treatment history to ZipHealth for you and complete any required steps that appear on your ZipHealth account.

This also applies if ZipHealth asks you for proof of your previous weight loss treatment when you place your order. If your ZipHealth order asks for proof of previous use, contact the Levity support team and your Levity treatment history will be transferred on your behalf.

Will ZipHealth recommend the same treatment I had on Levity?

Not always. When you order with ZipHealth, the clinical team will recommend the weight loss treatment that best fits your needs. The recommendation is based on your treatment history, including the dose preferences recorded on your Levity account.

If the treatment ZipHealth recommends is different from your Levity treatment, the licensed provider will explain why the recommendation has changed.

What happens to my Levity data and medical records?

Your data will be held for 10 years, in line with standard data retention for medical records. This 10-year retention period is required so that Levity complies with medical records regulations and its legal obligations.

Your data will not be processed for any other purpose and will be held securely until the end of the 10-year retention period, at which point it is deleted.

Who do I contact with questions about my treatment?

Contact the Levity support team with any questions about your Levity treatment, your cancelled Levity subscription, or transferring your treatment history to ZipHealth.

For questions about a ZipHealth order you have already placed, contact the ZipHealth support team.
