What is your cancellation and refund policy?
To cancel your membership, please log in to Manage your subscription . If you require assistance with cancellation, please email care@joinlevity.com or call (855) 644-0928. Given the cost of ongoing provider support, we are unable to offer refunds for previously incurred monthly membership fees.
How do I upload my photo?
If you did not upload your photo at the end of your consultation you can kindly submit this to us at: documents@joinlevity.com, and we'll take care of uploading it for you.
Should you encounter any challenges in sending your photo, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team at care@joinlevity.com. They will assist you by providing a secure link for uploading your photos.
