To adjust the timing of your next subscription order, follow these simple steps in your patient account:
- Log in to your patient account.
- Go to "Manage Subscription".
- Select "Change Next Delivery", where you’ll be able to choose a later date for your order.
If you’ve already completed your check-in for the month, you won’t be able to change your order date through your patient dashboard. In this case, please contact our Customer Care Team at Care@joinlevity.com for assistance
